A fan atlas for readers

RuneCharted provides free, interactive interpretations of fictional settings. It is an independent fan project, not an official or licensed atlas and not affiliated with the books’ authors, illustrators or publishers.

Artwork and credits

Published map artwork, book and series names, characters and fictional settings remain the work of their respective creators and rights holders. Credits and source links appear in the viewer and map guides. RuneCharted’s terrain, architectural arrangements and other interpretive additions do not make the underlying artwork ours.

Availability on this site does not grant permission to reproduce, sell or commercially reuse another creator’s work. Refer to the original creator or publisher for permissions. You may share links to the atlas and its guides.

Accuracy and spoilers

The atlas combines published geography with artistic interpretation. It is not a definitive statement of canon, an exact city survey or a guide to real-world travel. Editions and later books may show different geography. Place names and descriptions can reveal information you have not reached in the story; check each map’s spoiler notes.

Use the site considerately

Please do not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, or misrepresent this fan project as an official author or publisher service.

Availability and changes

Maps, features and source notes may be corrected, replaced or removed. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every reconstruction is complete or error-free. Browser and device support varies.

Privacy and source questions

The privacy notice explains analytics and local storage. Map-specific sources and interpretation limits are linked from the map guides. A public contact email for corrections and artwork requests will be added when available.
